- Put eggs in water and bring water to a boil. Once boiling, count 10 minutes and remove pot from fire.
- Drain the water and peel the eggs. Caution: Eggs are still hot.
- Put the peeled egg into the mold. Close it and tighten the clasp. Dunk in ice cold water for 5 - 10 minutes.
- After that, remove the egg from the cold water. Lastly,extract the egg carefully out from the mold.
- Sometimes, there may be excesses over the rims of the molded egg.
- Simply take a toothpick and gently scrape the excess from the outline.
