KS & me made a tray of nuggets this afternoon enough to feed a battalion. The first trial of our nuggets can be considered a success. Will be experimenting with another different method tomorrow. Careen said we could do with more spices. Stickx and Teh Fly said it was a bit oily, but overall it was pretty juicy and delicious.
